Does Mendent take equity or a percentage of my practice?

Never. The Accelerator is a paid program, not an investment. Terms are shared transparently before you commit anything.

The application review is $150, credited in full toward program fees if you're accepted and refunded if the committee declines your application. If you withdraw your application before a decision, the fee is non-refundable. Program terms and any program fees are shared transparently at the decision stage - before you're asked to commit anything.

Who's on the review board?

The Mendent Advisory Committee: Mendent's founding partners and select advisors from medicine, dentistry, and practice operations.

What if I'm not accepted?

You'll hear directly, with the reason. Many practices start with a Free Spend Scan or the Practice Autonomy Blueprint instead - and can reapply later.

Can I apply if I already work with Mendent?

Yes. Current Blueprint or Performance Partnership clients are eligible.

Does acceptance require exclusivity?

No. You keep your vendors, your systems, and your ownership.

Why an accelerator

How selection works

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis — there are no application deadlines and no fixed cohort dates to chase.

We review your submission and acknowledge your application as complete.
Step 3 — Committee review
30–45 days from confirmation
Your decision period begins once your application is acknowledged as complete. The Mendent Advisory Committee reviews it during this window; some applications include a short clarifying call.
Step 4 — Decision
Within the 30–45 day decision period
Acceptance, decline, or an invitation to a better-fit Mendent service.
Step 5 — If accepted
Onboarding within 10 business days
You're assigned to the next forming cohort. Cohorts begin on a rolling basis as seats fill.

Every step, always: if you're not accepted, you hear that from us directly, with the reason — not silence.

Every applicant receives a decision within the windows above, so the fee is never left hanging on silence.
